When you use any Protect Your Crown Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.  You consent to receive communications from us electronically.  We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Website.  You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


If you use any Protect Your Crown Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  Protect Your Crown does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.  If you are under 18, you may use the Protect Your Crown Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.  Protect Your Crown reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.



Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."  You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content.  Protect Your Crown reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.


If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Protect Your Crown a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.  You grant Protect Your Crown and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.  You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Protect Your Crown for all claims resulting from content you supply.  Protect Your Crown has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.  Protect Your Crown takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.


Orders may take up to 24-48 hours for processing and 5-7 business days (from the order date) for delivery for domestic shipments.  Protect Your Crown reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed; your credit card will not be charged.  If your credit card has already been charged but your order was canceled, Protect Your Crown will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.

Currently we are unable to sell items in bulk for resale purposes.  Protect Your Crown reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone we feel may be reselling what they purchase from our site.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  No refund, cancellations or exchanges under any circumstances.  If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange or a store credit.  We do not offer refunds.  If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.


Discounts and promotions are good on in-stock, non-sale merchandise.  This does not apply to sale merchandise or pre-ordered merchandise and may not be combined.  Please contact us via e-mail to receive an approval number.


Protect Your Crown ships worldwide!  All orders received during normal business hours are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise stated on our site.  We ship via Federal Express (FedEx) and/or United States Postal Service (USPS) to continental US residents.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address that you supplied at checkout.  This tracking number originates from either FedEx or USPS; therefore, you can visit or to track your order.  Your tracking number is NOT the same as your order number.  We supply your order number, not the tracking number; so, please check your email and spam.  Because Federal Express cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, all orders to P.O. boxes, Hawaii and Alaska will be sent via United States Postal Service and are subject to different rates.

Protect Your Crown provides FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S.


All international shipments are air shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express Mail.  Transit time varies by country, but most shipments are delivered within two (2) weeks of shipment date, depending on customs clearance.  All taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.  Protect Your Crown is not responsible for transit time delays.  A CVV code match (a 3-digit security code on the back of the credit card) is required prior to shipment, and orders must be shipped to the billing address.


Once customer orders are received, Protect Your Crown will assign each order a confirmation number.  Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking email.  With this number you can track your purchase via FEDERAL or

If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to Protect Your Crown, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.  Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items and/or styles, in that case, if we do not have the item which you ordered in stock, we’ll notify you immediately.  In rare instances an out item is out of stock and may not be expected to come back in stock, so we will cancel the order for that particular item.  In that case, we will refund your card for said item, taxes (if applicable) and shipping and handling.


We charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Maryland.


All communications, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas or other submissions offered to Protect Your Crown shall be and remain the sole property of Protect Your Crown.  We are free to use all content of such communications for any purpose and are under no obligation to pay compensation.

A Protect Your Crown exclusive is a specific item that is only available at and can include, but is not limited to an entire style, a color within a style, or a combination of colors sold together.  Some exclusives run for a certain period of time - a chance to get the item first at Protect Your Crown.
